Narda Pérez
Hola! I’m currently a senior audience engagement editor at Slate. Before that, I held audience roles at Wirecutter of The New York Times and The Dallas Morning News. I graduated with two bachelor’s of arts degrees in broadcast communication and public relations from the University of Texas at Arlington in 2019. Throughout my time in college, I discovered my passion for journalism and audience engagement at UTA’s award-winning student news organization, The Shorthorn. There I served in a variety of roles like reporter, editor and social media manager.
When I’m not connecting with readers online, designing content for Instagram or writing about food, you can catch me cooking, shopping, and traveling with my German Shepherd, Nova.
